October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Breast Cancer Care are encouraging us to dig deep to support this very worthy cause. They’re asking us to hold a Big Pink party on Friday 12th October, do you really need an excuse for a party? Most of us will know of someone who’s been touched by breast cancer and it’s certainly one of those niggles at the back of my mind, especially as I get older. It’s reassuring to know that there are great charities out there like Breast Cancer Care, who are working tirelessly to support cancer sufferers.
Breast Cancer Care are also teaming up with Dorothy Perkins to release a range of gorgeous jumpers that support the charity, with a donation made for every purchase. You can buy the range in store now and only limited numbers are available, so don’t miss out! They’d all make great Christmas presents, or just a present for yourself.
Here’s what you can treat yourself to:
Ivory Heart Jumper – £28 with £5 of the sale price donated
Great for looking smart at the office with a pencil skirt or tapered trousers, or dressing down at the weekend with skinny jeans and chunky books.
Blush Snug Jumper – £20 with a £2.50 donation
Perfect for snuggling up and keeping warm, this jumper is made from beautiful soft fabric in a flattering blush pink.
Embellished Cable Jumper – £26 with a £5 donation
Turn heads on the school run or at the park with this detailed jumper. It’s nice and warm and will see you through from Autumn into Winter.
Butterfly Robe – £29 with a £5 donation
Who doesn’t love a dressing gown? This one is super cosy, with an all over butterfly print and hood.
What else can I do?
